Terms of Service

1) The service

Novahub Wire provides a secure network tunnel and related tooling that helps you access trusted services and networks while traveling. Service availability may vary by region, capacity, maintenance windows, or third-party dependencies.

2) Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for safeguarding account access (including magic links and devices).
• We may suspend access if we detect abuse, fraud, or security risk.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break laws or regulations, or violate third-party rights.
• Distribute malware, engage in phishing, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Interfere with service integrity, abuse capacity, or bypass entitlement limits.
• Resell or sublicense the service unless expressly permitted in writing.

4) Subscriptions and billing

• Paid features require an active subscription (including any trial period if offered).
• Billing is handled via Stripe and subject to the billing terms shown at checkout.
• You can manage payment methods and invoices through the billing portal.

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable and credits are not guaranteed. Trial eligibility (if any) is determined at checkout.

5) Device provisioning and security

• Provisioning creates a WireGuard identity for your device. You are responsible for storing your config safely.
• If a device is lost or compromised, revoke it immediately and provision a replacement.
• We do not store your WireGuard private keys.

6) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, or materially impair the service. You may stop using the service at any time and cancel your subscription through the billing portal.

7) Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific speeds, or access to any particular third-party service.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novahub Wire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
